* [new] <C-Space> on a list item creates checkbox.
  * [fix] With * in the first column, <CR> shouldn't insert more * (default syntax).
  * [fix] With MediaWiki's ** [ ], <CR> should insert it on the next line.

  * [fix] Code cleanup.
